We want you to love every element of your purchase from Marie Hunter so we provide the highest quality products to ensure your satisfaction. We follow strict international safety standards and rigorous testing set by EU (European Union) Regulations and IFRA (International Fragrance Association). Due to the personal nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for general dissatisfaction. All items purchased from mariehunterbeauty.com are final sale.

Received a damaged/incorrect item(s)? We are happy to replace any damaged/incorrect or defective items purchased from our site. Please email us at info@mariehunterbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of damage/incorrect item(s) and photos. No replacements will be granted after 7 days of delivery. Damaged/incorrect or defective item(s) must be returned using our prepaid return shipping label before replacement parcels are issued. Returns can be made by scheduling a contactless home pickup with UPS or dropping your return off at your local shipping center. Refunds will not be issued for customer refusal to return damaged/incorrect or defective item(s).

For International orders, returns and refunds will not be issued for customs delays, holds, duty fees out of our control or unclaimed parcels.
